1 Introduction

qquu ("the Platform") is an online casino and sports betting service operated for the entertainment of eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting including cricket and football, slot games, and associated promotional services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the qquu website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2 Eligibility

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that is currently active on your qquu account or on any other platform where a self-exclusion may apply.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of qquu or any of its affiliated entities or game suppliers.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of qquu services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change to your personal details — including your mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad — must be notified to qquu support promptly to ensure continued access to payment services.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances associated with any secondary account.
• One account per household: Where multiple individuals at the same address wish to register, each must contact support prior to registration to enable proper verification and avoid system flags.
• Accurate information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qquu accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

qquu operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering and responsible gaming best practices. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal requests above a specified threshold are processed, and at any time qquu deems verification necessary.

You may be requested to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the past three months, showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account showing ownership, to verify that funds are not being processed through a third-party account.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, qquu may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your account.

qquu reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account functionality, or close an account entirely if a player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so. Any balance held at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with our standard procedures following completion of anti-money laundering checks.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on qquu are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional methods may be added from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Daily and weekly limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. VIP Club members may benefit from higher limits.
• Processing times: Deposits are credited within 60 seconds in most cases. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to KYC clearance.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

qquu offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each offer page.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit per spin or round may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• No-deposit bonuses: Where offered, no-deposit bonuses are strictly one per player and are subject to enhanced wagering requirements and withdrawal caps as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, structured deposits, or low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on qquu are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in all matters relating to account management, payments, and player conduct.

• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the round outcome may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. qquu's decision on the handling of malfunctions is final.
• Errors in odds or payouts: qquu reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or with an erroneous payout, whether due to human error, system fault, or any other cause. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform. Settlement of markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, suspension of play without resolution, data feed errors, or duplicate bet placement due to system issues.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qquu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including poker, live table games, or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain funds, chips, or advantages not intended by the game design.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or stolen bKash/Nagad accounts.
• Using the qquu Platform for money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward qquu staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content via any communication feature of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qquu Platform — including but not limited to the qquu brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the proprietary property of qquu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any qquu content without express prior written permission from qquu.

10 Privacy & Data

qquu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

qquu will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing data with bKash or Nagad to facilitate a withdrawal), or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qquu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. qquu's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their qquu account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qquu makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform, the games, or any information provided thereon.

12 Suspension & Termination

qquu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting qquu support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of any bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Responsible Gaming

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits qquu's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
